Economy Campervan

Economy Campervans are later model vehicles with a larger engine, three seatbelts, and double gas cooker plus gril. Economy camper vans feature a day sofa that pulls out to one double or two single beds, a cabinet and folding table.

  A weather proof awning covers the rear door and includes a ground sheet.  Prepare dinner using the double gas cooker with grill, kitchen set and water container.  The cooker is positioned at the rear of the campervan with easy access from the awning or while sitting on the sofa.

Power supply and light can be connected if using a powered site at a holiday park.  Sleep comfortably with the awning open or with all doors locked.  We provide a mosquito net for a fresh breeze while sleeping.

Cook Stait Ferry:
All campervans are less than 5.5 meters in length and classed as a car for Wellington to Picton ferry.

Insurance (included): Standard excess is $2,000
Our standard insurance excess on all of our vehicles is $2,000. This is the most you would have to pay in the unlikely event of an accident. This covers both single and multiple vehicle accidents.

Zero Excess (optional): $15 per day or maximum $300 per hire
You can choose to purchase the Zero Excess, which means if you have an accident, you do not have to pay anything. This also includes multiple tyre punctures.
